1. ORDERING & PRODUCTION
What makes Hadaja unique? Hadaja is a Print-on-Demand (POD) brand. We don't keep dusty stock in a warehouse; instead, we craft each item specifically for you once your order is placed. This ensures you get a fresh, high-quality product every time.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Because we move quickly into production, you have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. Once the printing process begins, we are unable to make modifications.
How do I find my size? We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. Please check these measurements carefully against a shirt you already own, as we cannot offer refunds for incorrect size choices due to the custom nature of our products.

How long does delivery take?

What are the shipping costs?

Where is my tracking number? You will receive an automated email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow 3 – 7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues. We provide full refunds or free replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "wrong size" choices.
What should I do if my item is damaged? Contact us immediately at cs@hadaja.co within the 14-day period. Please include your order number and high-quality photos of the defect. We will review your claim and usually ship a replacement without requiring you to mail the original item back.
How long does a refund take? Once approved, we process refunds instantly. However, it typically takes 5 – 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Is it safe to shop on Hadaja.co? Yes. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment processors.
5. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Will I pay customs fees? International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country's laws. These fees are not included in our shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
